Bringing the wisdom and power of the ancient mystery schools to the modern day. This Empowerment ceremony mixes sacred circles, ancient vibrations, processes, mantra and breath work together to burn away what no longer serves us leaving you unshackled, free and empowered to do what you came to do.

This is open to all, at any stage of your journey. No previous knowledge of mantra or breath work is needed, you will be guided through and given a handout so you can use this practice at home as well.

Feel free to bring your yoga mat, a pillow to sit or lay on, and anything else to support your journey (journal, crystals, special items, etc.)
No yoga mat? No problem! We have extras!
